  • Plans may be modified or temporarily paused as per policy.
  • Minimum order quantity may apply.

Payments

  • Payments must be made in advance.
  • UPI, Cards and Net Banking are supported.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made according to the selected schedule. Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.

Product Freshness & Quality

All products are packed hygienically and delivered fresh. Customers should report quality concerns within the specified timeframe.

Rescheduling & Early Delivery

Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in advance and are subject to operational feasibility.

Subscription Renewal

Renewal reminders will be sent before subscription expiry. Deliveries pause automatically after the final scheduled delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellations and transfers are subject to company policy and approval.

Customer data is securely stored and never shared except where necessary for service fulfillment or legal compliance.

Force Majeure

Services may be impacted by events beyond our control, including weather, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
